Gov. Branstad Denies Harry Sisco’s Commutation Application

(DES MOINES, Iowa) -- Governor Terry E. Branstad denied an application for commutation for Harry Sisco on Friday.
Sisco, 78, killed Audrey Elaine Carle on April 2, 1991 in Scott County and was convicted for first-degree murder.
He is currently serving a life sentence.
