(DES MOINES, Iowa) -- Lt. Governor Kim Reynolds is set to host a media conference call from the Philippines this week.

Reynolds will host the call with representatives from this week's trade trip to Vietnam and the Philippines. The mission of the trip, which began Feb. 22 and continues through March 2, is to "[increase] exports of Iowa pork to Southeast Asia and [foster] export opportunities for Iowa manufacturers who are considering development or expansion in the region."

The call is slated for Thursday, Feb. 28 at 8 a.m.
